January 14, 2016- NetBalancer is a very useful tool for controlling and managing network traffic. The program is used to determine the order of access to the Internet for unique processes and applications.
Increases or decreases the level of priority access to the network and permit you to set the maximum transfer that may be used for this application (for example, downloading games from the Steam service). Using NetBalancer, we can fully control and optimize access to the network.
Lay down the specific rules for traffic on the network. Create and read the event log, set a global limit of transfer and show traffic in the system tray. NetBalancer promotes IPv6 and natively supports 64-bit systems.
Warning:
The program is available in the free version (unregistered) and commercial (registered).
In the free version, you can set up to three priorities for upload / download data transfer for each process or application. In addition, also has limited options when setting detailed rules of network traffic.
